Proof of vaccination must be provided before any bookings can be made. c.All dogs must wear either a collar and tag, or a harness and tag at all times to ensure their safety should it be necessary for staff to handle them in case of an emergency. We leave it to the owners’ discretion whether they prefer a collar or harness, however whichever choice must contain a tag with the owners’ details attached. d.All dogs must be free from any contagious diseases and must be on preventative treatment for parasites including but not limited to, fleas and worms. Proof of preventative treatment must be provided before any bookings can be confirmed. This must be year-round treatment and must be supplied from a vet; over-the-counter flea and worming treatments are not sufficient in this case. e.All dogs must be non-aggressive, well socialised and we reserve the right to refuse entry to any dogs displaying signs of any unwanted, aggressive behaviours. Any dogs showing these unwanted behaviours during or after any trial sessions will be separated from any other dogs and owners will be contacted to collect the aggressor. f.Photographs and videos will be taken of all dogs while in the care of Lady’s Little Paws Ltd and updates may be uploaded to the daycare’s social media or website. Any owner who requires for their dog to be excluded from these pictures and videos must inform the facility at the earliest possible opportunity. g.The owner understands that the daycare facility is completely indoors and there is no access to outdoor facilities during the sessions. This means that all dogs will be required to toilet indoors within the designated areas.

These times are subject to change to keep in line with the requirements of the business. b.All bookings are to be made in advance, where possible, and all bookings are subject to availability. c.Payments must be made in full in order to secure any bookings. Any bookings not made with full payment will be subject to cancellation without notice. d.All payments to be made through the My Pet Walker app, unless otherwise specified. Other acceptable payment methods include cash and bank transfer. We may also consider payments through our website; however, this will be on an individual basis. This is to simplify the booking process as much as possible, therefore any dogs not booked in for daycare cannot be accepted on the day. e.Any services booked without full payment will not be confirmed and will result in refusal of service until the balance is paid in full. f.Discounts or promotions may be offered at the discretion of the business manager. g.Any dogs which do not attend day care for a period of more than 6 weeks must complete another trial session, this is to ensure that their suitability for the daycare environment has not changed in this time away. h.Lady’s Little Paws Ltd understands that dogs benefit from a routine and are more comfortable within the daycare setting if they attend regularly, and therefore request that each dog attends daycare fortnightly, if not weekly, to ensure their confidence within the group, however, this is not compulsory.

4.Cancellations and Refunds: a.Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the start of the service. Failure to do so will result in the full payment being withheld for the session which has been booked. This may be transferred to another booking in exceptional circumstances. b.No refunds will be given for no-shows.c.In the event that Lady’s Little Paws Ltd is required to cancel a booking for any unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the session.

We also request that owners who give the vaccine to their pet, speaks to the vet at the time of administration, as this is a live vaccination and therefore quarantining the pet is a must. g.As the owner, you must understand that your dog can still contract Kennel Cough, even with a vaccination in place, and therefore you agree that you will not hold Lady’s Little Paws Ltd responsible should your dog contract Kennel Cough. h.Although Lady’s Little Paws Ltd is fully insured as a company, we strongly recommend that all dog owners have pet insurance for their dogs and have confirmation that the policy covers any issues which may arise from attending a day care centre.

7.Liability and Responsibilities:a.Whilst we take every precaution to ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of all dogs in our care, you acknowledge that dogs are unpredictable, and we are not liable for any injury, illness or death which may occur while your dog is in our care. b.Lady’s Little Paws Ltd is an open plan daycare, this means that outside of mealtimes, all dogs will be given the opportunity to roam and play freely with other dogs and will not be kept in small groups throughout the day, all dogs will be off lead during the day, unless being moved to a different area of the facility. c.You accept full liability for any damage or injury caused by your dog while in our care, and this is inclusive of damage to property, or harm to themselves, staff, other dogs or any third party. d.As the customer, you must agree that it is your sole responsibility to inform us of any changes to your pets’ health such as any injuries or illness which may arise outside the daycare facility. This is to ensure that the dog receives any appropriate special requirements they may need and to protect other dogs and staff on the premises if the dog is unwell with a contagious illness. You also must not bring the dog back into the daycare facility until the dog is back in full health and no longer contagious or a risk to others. e.Any personal belongings brought to the property are done so under the knowledge that we are not responsible for any damage or any lost items which are left in our care. This includes toys, beds, leads, collars, harnesses, tags, clothing or any other items which may be left with a dog while at the facility.f.Although we carefully screen and assess all dogs before any session bookings can take place, we are aware that the day care environment is not always suitable for every dog and that some unwanted behaviours may not display right away. Therefore, Lady’s Little Paws Ltd reserves the right to permanently remove any dog from the day care at any time, this includes disallowing certain breeds should we feel that they are a risk to other dogs and staff within the day care.

8.Behaviour and Conduct: a.All dogs are required to have a behavioural assessment and screening before any bookings can be made, these can be booked under ‘trial session’ on the My Pet Walker app or through the website. b.Lady’s Little Paws Ltd reserves the right to require shorter sessions on multiple occasions known as ‘settling-in sessions’ if they felt the dog would benefit from this after the assessment. The amount of ‘settling-in sessions’ required is at the discretion of Lady’s Little Paws Ltd, until they feel the dog is comfortable and of the correct nature to join the groups for day care. c.Any dog displaying any aggressive, or persistently distressing behaviour towards other dogs or members of staff may be asked to leave the day care and will be refused any future services without proof of adequate behavioural adjustments. This must be proven in trial sessions, and this may be as many sessions as Lady’s Little Paws Ltd feels appropriate to ensure the safety of all other dogs and staff. d.Should any dog pose a risk to other dogs, staff or itself while in the day care, we reserve the right to remove the dog from the facility immediately and refuse any requests to return.
